Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, however during peak periods, including holidays and the ice fishing season, processing may take up to 3 business days.
  • Norfin USA offers FREE Standard Shipping on qualifying orders of $99.99 or more within the contiguous United States.

Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused and unworn
  • In clean, like-new condition
  • Free of dirt, mud, stains, pet hair, odors (including smoke or perfume), and other signs of use
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
